To be healthy and feel good, you must combine the following
- Psyche yourself to stick to a healthy life-style
- Eat a balanced meal at least 3 times / day and supper in most cases should preferably be before 7pm.
- Combine Aerobic exercises (e.g. walking, cycling, treadmill and (iiib) strength training using weights, tension bands, cables etc) with (iiic) Stretching exercises to increase flexibility and reduce injury
- Always ensure that you WARM UP at the beginning and COOL DOWN at the end of your exercise session
- Drink a lot of water
- Take a vitamin or food supplement if you exercise vigorously
- Get adequate REST
