To be healthy and feel good, you must combine the following
Psyche yourself to stick to a healthy life-style
Eat a balanced meal at least 3 times / day and supper in most cases should preferably be before 7pm.
Combine Aerobic exercises (e.g. walking, cycling, treadmill and (iiib) strength training using weights, tension bands, cables etc) with (iiic) Stretching exercises to increase flexibility and reduce injury
Always ensure that you WARM UP at the beginning and COOL DOWN at the end of your exercise session
Drink a lot of water
Take a vitamin or food supplement if you exercise vigorously
Get adequate REST
