What we do

10-Day Intro Programme: This programme aims to prepare you for more vigorous exercise, and ensures that you are well tuned in order to avoid injury.

100-Day Challenge: This is a programme approved by health professionals; it uses the element of surprise to ensure that you keep getting positive results.  It Includes logging out, workouts and meals.

Physiotherapy: This is to relieve that nagging back and neck pain, and it can help you to regain functions lost as the result of a stroke.

Massage: Massage relieves stress, and helps you to face life with vim!

Dietetic Consult: Talk to a dietician: exercise and diet sheets alone are not enough.
